Bistecca alla Fiorentina

Pappa al Pomodoro

A comforting, traditional Florentine soup. Made with ripe, fresh tomatoes, stale Tuscan bread, garlic, fragrant basil from our garden, and finished with a generous pour of the finest extra virgin olive oil. A true taste of 'cucina povera'.
